1. Tell Us What You Want
Start by submitting your vehicle request through our intake form. Tell us the year/make/model/mileage/budget and must-have features. We then use that information to search dealer-only wholesale sources for the best match. Our service is built for buyers who want wholesale savings without spending hours chasing retail priced cars on their own.

2. We Search Dealer-Only Inventory
As a licensed Georgia used car dealer with dealer-auction access we search wholesale inventory on your behalf and filter for cleaner opportunities. We focus on vehicles that meet strict sourcing standards including factors like title status, condition report quality, auction announcements, while screening out many of the higher-risk units that do not fit our buying standards.

3. We Send You Private Vehicle Options
Once we identify strong candidates we send you the vehicle details privately. You can review key information such as: Year/ make /model / trim / mileage/ Title status, auction announcements and Condition report details. Estimated auction price + fees, transport and the expected wholesale savings compared to traditional retail shopping. Because these are dealer-only auction vehicles they are reviewed through our broker service and not presented as a public retail lot listing.

4. You Can Schedule a Viewing and Test Drive
If you want to inspect a vehicle before moving forward, we can help arrange a viewing and test drive at the auction location, when the auction facility and sale terms allow it. This gives you an opportunity to see the vehicle in person before authorizing us to bid or buy on your behalf.

5. Retain Us as Your Broker
When you’re ready to move forward you formally retain Moure Auto Brokers as your buying agent. At this stage: You sign our Broker Agreement approve your buying terms in writing your educated on the auction payment timeline and purchase process then we prepare to represent you on a specific vehicle opportunity. 6. Approve the Vehicle and Bid Limit
When you select a specific vehicle, you sign a Vehicle Purchase Authorization for that unit. This document confirms: The exact vehicle, Your approved maximum bid or purchase amount, Estimated fees and transport and your agreement to complete payment if the vehicle is successfully purchased within your approved limits. Nothing is purchased without your written approval.

7. Pay the Auction Directly Within 3 Days
If your vehicle is won, payment must be made directly to the auction by cashier’s check or wire within three days of the winning bid according to the transaction terms we provide in advance. This process is designed for serious buyers who are ready to act quickly in exchange for access to wholesale pricing and dealer-auction opportunities.

8. We Help Coordinate the Rest
After the vehicle is secured, we help coordinate the next steps, which may include: Post-sale review of the transaction details, Transport/shipping arrangements, Title and closing coordination and final dealer paperwork where applicable.
