Buyer’s Agent Program

#

Reserve Your Spot

To participate in our dealer auction buyer’s agent program, a $50 reservation fee is required to hold your spot and open a file for your search.

  • The $50 fee shows you are a serious buyer and allows us to begin pre-screening auction opportunities for you.
  • This amount is credited toward your overall costs once you move forward through the full broker process.
  • If you decide not to proceed after the initial consultation and before signing our Broker Agreement, the $50 can be refunded according to our written policy and any updates we provide at the time you enroll.

(Your final written Broker Agreement will control the exact refund and credit terms.)

Flat Broker Fee — No Percentage Commission

Instead of a percentage commission, Moure Auto Brokers uses a flat broker fee of $700 for buyers who use our auction services.

  • The $700 flat fee covers our sourcing work, auction search, screening, and representation when bidding on your approved vehicle.
  • This flat fee replaces percentage-based commission, so you know your broker cost up front.
  • The initial $50 reservation fee is applied toward your overall costs according to your signed agreement, instead of being treated as a separate percentage or surprise add‑on.

All broker fees and credits are documented in writing before we bid on or purchase any vehicle on your behalf.

What’s Not Included in the $700 Broker Fee

Your broker fee does not include the other costs of buying and delivering a vehicle. You remain responsible for all normal transaction expenses, which may include:

  • Auction buyer fees
  • Tax, tag, and title fees
  • Post‑sale inspections or independent inspections you choose
  • Transportation or shipping costs
  • Credit card processing fees (if applicable)
  • Escrow service charges (if used)
  • Any internal incentive or rebate programs that Moure Auto Brokers may voluntarily participate in from time to time

We will outline these items as estimates when presenting specific vehicle opportunities, so you understand your likely total investment before you authorize a purchase.

How the Buyer’s Agent Program Works

  1. Reserve Your Spot
Pay the $50 reservation fee and complete your vehicle request form so we can define your search box (year, make, model, miles, budget, and options).
  2. Broker Agreement and Flat Fee
Review and sign the Broker Agreement summarizing the services and the $700 flat broker fee, and how your $50 reservation applies.
  3. Private Vehicle Options
We search dealer-only auctions, screen out many higher-risk vehicles, and send you private options that fit your criteria, budget, and timeline.
  4. Viewing and Test Drive (When Available)
When the auction facility and sale terms allow, we can help coordinate a viewing and test drive at the auction location before you authorize a purchase.
  5. Vehicle Purchase Authorization
When you choose a vehicle, you sign a Vehicle Purchase Authorization for that specific unit, including a maximum bid / total budget and estimated costs.
  6. You Pay the Auction Directly
If your vehicle is successfully won, you pay the auction directly by cashier’s check or wire within three days of the winning bid, according to the written instructions we provide.
  7. Coordination Through Delivery
We help coordinate post‑sale inspection options, transport, and closing steps, depending on the structure of your transaction.

Commission, Credits, and Chargebacks

All delivery dates and completed sales determine when the flat $700 broker fee and any related deductions or credits are applied.

If a transaction later becomes invalid or is reversed (for example, due to a chargeback or a payment that is not ultimately credited to our account), the buyer remains responsible for any broker compensation already earned and for any actual costs incurred on the transaction, as described in the signed Broker Agreement and Vehicle Purchase Authorization.

Transparent. Clear. No Games.

We’re committed to a straightforward, written process:

  • Flat broker fee instead of a sliding percentage
  • Up‑front expectations around auction payment and timelines
  • Written approvals before we bid or buy
  • No hidden commissions or surprise markups

The Buyer’s Agent Program is built for serious cash and wire buyers who want wholesale access, clear communication, and a professional broker standing between them and the wholesale lanes.
